Delicious porridge "Friendship" for a few minutes

Dish with the optimistic name of Friendship called porridge prepared from a mixture of millet and rice. Before Friendship was prepared according to old recipes in a hot Russian oven today, this porridge is prepared in ovens or multivarkah which did not diminish its soft and gentle taste.
To cook this delicious and very healthy porridge you'll need - ½ Cup rice - ½ Cup millet - 3 cups milk - 1 egg - knob of butter - ½ tablespoon sugar - ½ teaspoon of salt.
Combine rice and wheat, rinse them in a bowl under cold running water put in an iron or clay pot and heat the oven to 180 degrees. Add in grits, sugar, salt and butter. Mix thoroughly.
Whisk the eggs with the milk, which must necessarily be cold. Cereals pour the mixture again, stir well and close the pot with a lid. Place the pot in the preheated oven and leave porridge to simmer for a half hour.
The finished pudding remove from oven and before serving it on the table surely add to each serving with a knob of butter. Experienced chefs recommend cooking the porridge in a clay or cast iron serving pot and serve right in it.

Take the ingredients from the previous recipe. Thoroughly rinse the rice and soak it in cold water for ten minutes. Cook the millet in slightly salted water for fifteen minutes.

Drain the millet and the rice in a colander and drain the water from cooking. Grease with butter the inner wall of the pot and place the millet and rice boiled until soft.
Add to cereals sugar and salt to taste. Mix all the ingredients well. Future pour cereal milk whipped with egg.
Put the pot in the oven preheated to 180 degrees.
After half an hour you will get soft and fragrant porridge Friendship. Add butter to taste and serve still hot.
